This proposed litter represents a powerhouse of working genetics, boasting over 30 significant field and working titles within the first five generations. By weaving together elite American Field Trial accolades with UK working pedigrees.  This fusion of maternal and paternal lines isn't just about the titles; it’s a deliberate strategy to concentrate high-end biddability and athleticism, ensuring the pups possess the mental stamina required for the highest levels of field work or competitive sport.

This combination blends the elite drive and biddability of top-tier US field pedigrees with a carefully selected outcross line and UK working line. By anchoring the pedigree with our proven foundation female, Sheila and integrating a less mainstream, sire-less gun dog line, we  effectively preserve essential working instincts while actively injecting valuable genetic diversity into the breed. This strategic pairing helps safeguard the health and longevity of the line by mixing genetics from 3 subpopulations. Ultimately producing athletic, balanced puppies equipped with both structural soundness and the natural working & hunting stamina.

Boone's father, Clipper  is an inductee into the GRCA Hunt Test Hall of Fame and holds prestigious titles including Hunting Retriever Champion (HRCH), Master Hunter (MH), Master National Retriever (MNR), and Outstanding Sire (OS). Sired by the legendary FC AFC AFTCH Glenhaven Htrs Mn Baronet out of Greenmeadow Captain's Kate MH WC OD CCA, Clipper is celebrated by breeders and trainers for his phenomenal marking ability, high biddability, intense field drive, and a balanced "off-switch" that makes him a calm family companion.

Genetic Diversity

This specific outbreeding approach aims to revitalize the breed’s genetic health by combining distinct American and British lineages, which helps reduce the risks associated with a narrow gene pool. By crossing these lines, the pedigree maintains the high drive and athleticism typical of US field lines while incorporating the sturdy bone structure and calm focus often found in UK working stock. The result is a versatile Golden Retriever that preserves its "bird dog" roots—possessing the marking ability, water courage and biddability required for modern hunting and performance tests while remaining a balanced, adaptable companion.
